The milestones that the college has traversed in the walk of its life is coloured with the chequered career of the promoter of the college, Mr. Ranjeet Singh, a young Computer Engineer graduated from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Management & Technology. He got an opportunity to work with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the year 2000. On noticing that none of his colleagues were from the State of Rajasthan, he was taken aback. Instead of getting dejected by this truth, a feel for the home-state reverberated in his mind, which led to the promotion of the idea of doing something, which could be instrumental in lifting the status of the people of Rajasthan in the field of education, which is conjectured to have an exponential bearing upon the welfare of the society. Inspired by the zeal of entrepreneurship of the fertile soil of Rajasthan, Mr. Singh, laid the foundation of this college under the aegis of Gurukul Shikshan Sansthan on the auspicious day of May 6, 2001.
